Suggested Uses
Recommended use: Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/calmative. Used in aromatherapy to help relieve headache. Used in aromatherapy to help reduce pain associated with menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea).
Directions:
- Adults: Mix 125 drops (5 mL) of essential oil in 10 mL of carrier oil. Apply topically on to lower abdomen, lower back, and inner thighs. For relief of pain associated with menstrual cramps, apply 2 mL of the diluted product to the abdomen area and massage in a circular motion for 15 minutes, without creating pressure. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes: if this happens rise thoroughly with vegetable oil. Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted.

WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention, or contact a Poison Control Center. If symptoms persist or worse, consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not expose the applied areas to the sun for 24-48 hours after application. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product. Store in airtight, light-resistant container at room temperature. Do not use if security seal is broken or missing.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product if you gave a history of eczema, unusual skin reactions, or a tendency to develop allergic diseases, do not use this product.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS
If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
