Suggested Uses
DRY BODY BRUSH
Dry brushing can be done daily, preferably in the morning. Stand in your bath or shower, then gently brush skin in an upward motion toward the heart, starting at the feet and hands and brushing upwards. Avoid delicate skin on the face, neck and chest areas. After brushing, bathe as usual, then use one of our all-natural body oils or body butters to replenish your skin. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from the shower or bath. Once a week, rinse your brush with cool water and hang to dry.
POWER DOWN ROLL-ON
Apply to back of neck and hands, temples, and behind ears one hour before sleep.
UNWIND BATH SALT SOAK
Add 2–5 tablespoons once you have filled the bath and are ready to climb in to ensure that the oils do not dissipate, and their beneficial properties are not lost. Close the door to keep the precious aromas in and stay immersed for 20-30 minutes for maximum benefit.
UNWIND BODY OIL
Use 1–2 tsp in the bath or as an all-over body moisturizer.
