Used in aromatherapy by inhalation to help relieve symptoms of flu such as coughs and colds.
- Adults: Add 10-25 drops to an electric nebulizer, car or room diffuser according to manufacturer’s instructions
- Less is more; start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference
- Not for topical application

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
