Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help reduce tension and mental fatigue.

Recommended dose: Adults: Add 15-25 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.Duration of use: For occasional use only.

SUPER DETOX

Recommended use: Used topically in aromatherapy to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin, and mucous membranes.

Recommended dose: Adults: Add 35 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. 

REFLECTION

Apply to all pulse points: behind ears, along neck, wrists and elbow creases. Apply to palms, rub together, then cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe deeply. For adults 18 and over.

Do not use on inflamed skin or dermatitis.
