Suggested Uses

• ENERGY ROLL-ON: Used in Aromatherapy to help reduce tension and mental fatigue. Adults: Add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes. Apply to wrists, pulse points and along the hairline. Massage into the soles of the feet for a natural pep in your step. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling invigorated and naturally boosted.
• UNWIND ROLL-ON: Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/calmative. For a calming sensation, roll onto jawline, temples, pulse points and soles of feet up to three times daily as desired. Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage winding down and feeling at ease.
• POWER DOWN ROLL-ON: About an hour before bed. Roll along the back of the neck and hands. Roll along the temples and behind the ears.
