PEPPERMINT HALO
Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches.
Directions:
- Adults: Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
- Adults: Add 20 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
- Adults: Add 2 drops to 500 ml of warm water. Mix by shaking in a bottle and soak a piece of material in the mixture. Apply to forehead using a compress.
Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

STRESS RELEASE ROLL-ON
Used in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation.
Directions:
- Roll along the forehead, neck and shoulders as desired.
- Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage winding down and feeling calm.
- Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse.
- Add 5 drops to a tissue and insert in your pillowcase at bedtime for deep inhalation to encourage peace and calm.

EXTRA STRENGTH
To temporarily relieve aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with one or more of the following: simple back ache, lumbago (low back pain), strains and sprains (involving muscles, tendons and/or ligaments) and arthritis.
- Apply as needed to sore, tense and affected areas of the body, like the quads, hamstrings, biceps and lower back.
- Rub and/or massage into affected areas of the body as desired, 3-4 times daily.
Risk Information
Keep out of the reach of children. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. If symptoms worsen, or re-occur within a few days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking anticoagulant medications or have any blood-related disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. If you have epilepsy or any heart disease, do not use this product. If you are sensitive to salicylates (often applies in add/adhd), do not use this product. hypersensitivity, rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.Adults: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day.
