Refund policy

New or gently used formulations that do not support your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of delivery for online orders. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional diffusers. 

If your purchase was made online, we can refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit via e-gift card.  

For in-store purchases, we will refund to your original payment method with a receipt.  

Please note that e-gift cards can be used both online and in store.
