If you are not completely satisfied with your Saje purchase we will gladly offer a 100% money back refund with a receipt or a Saje credit in the form of an in-store credit note or gift card.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with one of our products, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to help determine why the product does not work for you. Sometimes products will not work properly because the application is unclear. If after speaking with us you are still unhappy with the product and would like to return it we will refund 100% of the product purchase price when accompanied by a receipt. If the item was a gift or if there is no receipt we will gladly offer a product credit.

Currency on the Website

The prices we have on the website can be displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) or USD (US Dollars). All purchases will be made in CAD and converted to USD on the credit card statements of American and International customers.
